If you need a response more timely than that please call the office phone (317) 559-2515, and use option one for established patients, and then option two to reach Dr. Stock's cell phone on an urgent basis.
Due to increased costs for electronic medical records and billing software, effective 1/1/25 the price of all plans will renew with a $10 price increase. There will be no change to the hourly rates. Due to increased demand for on-call services, effective 1/1/25 all after-hours consultations will be billed at $300/h regardless of your plan, and there will be a minimum $25 charge.
