On 8/1/26 Sunrise Labs (previously Pathology Labs) will be raising prices 5% across the board. All lab orders you have purchased through the practice prior to 8/1/26 mut be drawn before that date or they will be subject to a retro-active 5% surcharge plus credit card and banking fees when they labs are drawn.
Please remember that messages left on the portal are addressed in the order we receive them, and we have 3 business days to respond. Sending a second message before we answer the first message moves your first message back in the queue and delays our response, so please don't send a second message. If you need a response more timely than that please call the office phone (317) 559-2515, and use option one for established patients, and then option two to reach Dr. Stock's cell phone on an urgent basis.

It has become apparent that chemical supply companies have adapted to regulations making it nearly impossible for most patients to get pentadecanoic acid (C15) through that channel. In response Elizabeth has negotiated an arrangement with Fatty15 brand whereby we can purchase 180 of their 150 mg C15 capsules for $201.60, plus IN sales tax of $14.25 and credit card/bank fees. That will lower the monthy cost to $71.95/mo for a 3-month supply at 300 mg daily (card and bank fees additional). If you take less than 300 mg daily, the capsules can be spaced out to achieve the same average daily dose (for instance, at 100 mg daily you'd take 1 capsule for 2 days and then skip a day). The shelf life of Fatty15 is 3 years. Fatty15 will be shipped to our office where you (or your designated representative) would have to pick them up (we can't arrange shipping and Fatty15 will not ship directly to patients). We will get 16 180-capsule packs with our first purchase, and anticipate it will arrive by August 5th, 2026. If you would like to reserve a supply please send us a portal message with 1) How many 180-capsule packs you want to purchase, 2) how you want to pay for those, 3) the name of who will pick up your purchase if not yourself or immediate family. Your payment will be taken when we get that notice. Please message Elizabeth for office hours when you can pick up your supply. No appointment will be necessary for pick-up.
We have not increased our prices four years despite our cost of living increasing along with yours. We have reduced our fixed costs to avoid price increases, but can reduce these no further, and our fixed costs per patient have risen yet again. Accordingly, beginning 1/1/26, there will be increases to the membership yealry costs to cover the increases in fixed costs, and an increase in the hourly rates associated with each membership to accommodate inflation. Your costs will not increase until your present contract expires.
